Terms of Service (public offer)

1. Service

QuiltMath calculates a custom quilt pattern (layout, materials and yardage, cutting chart, block diagram and assembly steps) from the block, size and fabric choices you enter, and delivers it on a private web page and as a printable PDF. The pattern is calculated by our own code; no AI service is used. A free preview is shown before you pay; the full result is unlocked after payment.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown before payment ($19.99, one-time, no subscription). Payment is processed by monobank (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is accepted once payment succeeds.

3. Delivery

The result appears on your private order page, usually within a few minutes after payment, and we email you the link and the PDF.

4. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to buy.

5. Refunds

If you find a math error in your pattern (a wrong cut size, piece count or yardage), email us within 14 days of purchase: we fix it and re-send the corrected pattern, or refund you in full. We also refund in full if your pattern is not delivered within 24 hours or the PDF does not open. Each pattern is made to order from your choices, so refunds for a correct, delivered pattern are otherwise at our discretion. Refunds are issued by the seller to the card you paid with within 5 business days.

6. Acceptable use

Do not enter or upload anything illegal, hateful or sexual, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse any order and refund it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
